Are You Attracting Abundance or Allowing Abundance?
Attracting abundance usually means taking actions that draw more money and “stuff” to yourself. For some people this is enough, but for others there is never enough.
Some people resist abundance or block abundance — chronically. A person in this mindset sees little to no progress in their life despite following the laws of attraction such as affirmations, visioning and manifesting. The true issue is not that they aren’t taking the right actions, but instead not addressing the deeper issue which is blocking or resisting the abundance they are trying to attract.
Changing into a state of allowing abundance is the key
Allowing abundance is the opposite of blocking or resisting. Resistance is a fight — its stressful, frustrating, desperate and irritating. Being in a state of allowing feels calm, relaxed, open, joyful and harmonious. Ask yourself: what you seek — how do you feel about it? If you are frustrated, depressed, angry, fearful or resentful about the situation — why would positive come to you?
Resisting then allowing abundance
Have you ever tried to achieve a goal that seemed so difficult and you struggled with it for so long that you finally gave up out of exhaustion? Then, shortly after you gave up, something positive happened — a small, forward movement that renewed your desire to complete the goal in a positive way. This is a perfect example of resisting then allowing abundance. You stopped struggling, stopped forcing and when you relaxed the results were able to happen.
