How does Life Coaching work? Life Coaching is one-on-one collaboration that helps turn your dreams into attainable goals. Together we identify your strengths, eliminate your blocks and map out a route to achieving everything you ever dreamed.
As your Life Coach, we work together within your value system so you are empowered to take the steps to reach your goals. I am your advocate, accountability partner, sounding board, mentor and impartial confidant.
I support you along your journey, keep you on track and aimed directly toward where you want to be.
What does a Life Coach do? I listen to you and assess where you are, where you want to be and what the roadblocks are. Throughout the coaching process we uncover hidden and untapped resources, creating an updated strategy for your success.
Throughout the process I challenge you with thought-provoking questions that lead you to discover your own answers as they exist in your values and belief system.
Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are optional tools. We offer the option of using hypnosis and hypnotherapy to help re-program your subconscious mind to remove bad habits and thoughts such as procrastination, negative thinking, self sabotaging behaviors, etc. Not all of our clients utilize hypnosis and hypnotherapy for Life Coaching, but they are offered as options. By working with us for life coaching you are not required to use hypnosis and hypnotherapy in your growth plan. Click here to learn all the different uses for hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
How are Life Coaching sessions structured? Sessions are held in our office in Naperville, near I-88 and Naperville Road. The first session is 90 minutes and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. We highly recommend committing to at least 4-6 sessions in order to gain real momentum and realize growth and change.
