How are those limiting beliefs working out for you?
Limiting beliefs, or paradigms, not only hold you back from achieving your dreams, but can actually sabotage any level of success you may have.
Have you ever heard a little voice in your head whispering: “I am not a person who has financial success, happiness or love — so why bother trying?”
Or: “I will screw up this opportunity or relationship like I always do and will once again be broke, unhappy and alone.”
Or: “This is the mold I was meant to occupy.”
Once you accept this voice as “truth” — failure becomes inevitable.
If you aren’t getting what you want, change what you want
Paradigms are a pattern or example deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind. Paradigms create the results of our actions like how much money we make, how healthy we are, how happy we are and who we love. Paradigm is another word for our reality and everyone’s paradigm is slightly different.
Paradigms are formed from many years of experience and by what people are taught by teachers, parents, friends and the world at large. These lessons are so ingrained that it can be challenging to realize they are what are limiting your success. Failure can seem like a ‘norm’ and people get comfortable with failure because it is what they have come to expect after years of negative reinforcement. You can see how a paradigm can become a cycle of violence.
Conversely, a positive paradigm can become a recipe for success. When your subconscious mind is flooded with positive emotion, you manifest it in your life. Each step you take toward the shift changes the final outcome.
Hypnosis is a method of shifting your paradigms
Hypnosis goes deep into your subconscious mind, creating a new pattern that shifts you away from the pattern that no longer works. Hypnotherapists help you identify the non-working patterns and initiate new positive patterns in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is both the cause and the solution to the problem. Hypnosis opens the door to the change you desire.
When you’re ready to think in a different way — hypnosis gets your mind redirected toward a positive outcome.
Hypnosis is proven more effective than traditional counseling
In a study in American Health Magazine, hypnosis and hypnotherapy have a 93% success rate compared with lower results from other methods of therapy which require far more sessions. Click here to learn more about hypnosis and its high success rate.
