Hypnosis is a powerful tool in changing habits. Hypnosis works directly with the subconscious mind where habits reside.

Habits are learned, then practiced behaviors which develop over time. Often the conscious mind believes it is under control until one day it tries to change a habitual behavior such as hair pulling or nail biting and realizes it is stuck in a pattern that does not serve. During hypnosis we communicate directly with the subconscious mind to make a change in these habits.

Using hypnosis we motivate the subconscious mind so it is in alignment with what you have consciously been talking and thinking about (usually for a very long time).  Hypnosis creates a bridge from what you have been wanting to what you can experience.
