Emotional Resilience Definition
Emotional resilience is the capacity to adjust to and deal with difficult or stressful circumstances, as well as to bounce back from adversity. It involves a set of abilities and traits that allow people to keep a positive outlook and a sense of wellbeing despite trying situations.
People with high emotional resilience tend to be happier, more proactive, feel successful and better able to recover from failures. They are able to control their emotions well, keep up good relationships with other people, and approach issues from a solution-focused perspective.

• Self-regulation: the capacity to control one’s feelings and conduct, especially under trying circumstances.
• Social support: the existence of healthy connections with friends, family, and coworkers who offer moral support and inspiration.

Hypnosis Helps You Build the Skills of Emotional Resilience
Building emotional resilience is a process of improving mindfulness, developing a positive mindset, cultivating supportive relationships, seeking out new experiences and challenges, and engaging in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise and self-care practices. All of these habits are maintained in the subconscious mind which hypnosis gains direct access, gives a ‘way out’ for ideas that do not serve and introduces new healthier processes.
The hypnosis process replaces what does not work with new ideas that feel better, creating a ‘new program’ including new skills that run on autopilot.
