We are what we eat — literally. For many, eating everything put in front of them is a very real problem. This comes from our primal instinct that believes there may not be food again tomorrow. Even tho the modern age solved that problem a long time ago, we all still have this basic instinct because the habit was never broken. While we’re still eating too much, most foods became filled with fat, calories and sodium and our bodies are reacting with weight gain. Obesity has never been as high as it has in the last 20 years as a result.
Hypnosis causes you to eat the right foods, in the right amount
Hypnosis helps to re-focus your mind on what to eat and in the right portions. We will also reset the trigger that causes your brain to process when you are truly hungry. For some the sight or smell of food makes them hungry. Our hypnosis practitioners can, through talking directly to the subconscious, re-program your hunger mechanism to tell you to eat when the stomach is truly empty of food (vs. before when temptation food was sensed).
