I first experienced hypnosis while in college to deal with an overload of stress resulting in very high blood pressure. At age 21 my doctor gave me a prescription for blood pressure medication. Determined not to take medication, I looked for other options. I began practicing yoga and saw a hypnotherapist in the Orland Park, IL area. After three sessions, my stress reduced, my high blood pressure number was back down to 118-120 and has been there ever since. Life continues to have the potential for stress, however the connection between stress and my blood pressure has been disconnected since 1999.
I am forever grateful for hypnotherapy and its ability to change my life in a natural, drug-free, long-lasting way.
I’ve always been fascinated by how people change. I work with many clients who come in believing lasting personal change has to take a long time, consisting of reliving trauma, deep psychological analysis or even the flawed notion that just understanding why you have a problem will somehow make it go away. My focus is helping others shift their thinking and understand these old patterns and habits that no longer serve are not written in stone. Change can happen and hypnosis works directly with the source of the patterns/habits: your powerful subconscious mind.
I’ve studied and practiced in my own life the power of Self Hypnosis as well as the Law of Attraction. I experience daily, noticeable change and improvement in my own life as well as the lives of those around me. The life skills hypnosis teaches are applicable to every experience, every moment — even every breath we each take.
Everything that comes in contact with us we attract through our words and our thoughts. Through our free will, we manifest our destiny… we choose the life we want and the positive things and people that come our way. Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy open the door to this and frees our mind to become the person we always known we can truly be.
