What to Expect During a Hypnosis Session

Your first session will be a real hypnosis session where we will begin working through the issue.
First, we will discuss the issue, how it is manifested and discuss a hypnosis plan tailored just for you.
Then, we will answer any questions before beginning.
We will always ask if all your questions are answered and if you would like to enter hypnosis.
Your body & mind choose to enter hypnosis. The Hypnotherapist is simply a tour guide that directs you toward the positive goal you desire.
You are always in control and can end the session at anytime.
You are never under an obligation to continue. We want you to be comfortable and familiar with the process.
Comfortable clothes are recommended. Think: something you’d wear to work out or go to yoga in. We recommend against any restrictive clothing.
We recommend bringing your favorite “snuggle blanket” from home to your session, just in case you get a little chilly.

We want you to feel comfortable in every way throughout the process and are committed to your success, always.
