Join us to see how the power of hypnosis can help you reduce stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety are the leading cause of other symptoms and medical conditions, including insomnia, high blood pressure, low energy, depression, issues focusing at work and at home, irritability, “feeling wound up all the time,” and more.
Our hypnotherapists will show you how your words and your thoughts are impacting your stress levels, teach you self-hypnosis, then lead a guided, extended hypnosis group session. This 2-hour group hypnosis session is great for beginners and those who have experienced hypnosis before.

How Hypnosis Works
The hypnotherapist guides you into a state of relaxation that allows your conscious mind to lower/reduce its protective nature so we access your subconscious mind which is where change happens. The subconscious is where we introduce ‘suggestions’ in a relaxed state which your mind is very open to. We incorporate principles of Law of Attraction, along with hypnotherapy, aromatherapy and healthy living concepts for a comprehensive, holistic approach toward improvement and healing.
Location
Group hypnosis sessions are held at the Ruah Center in Naperville. The Ruah Center is located at Ogden & Washington Street, next to the Dairy Queen and Ace Hardware. The address is: 1110 N. Washington St., Naperville, IL 60563. There is parking along the street as well as in the Ace Hardware parking lot across the street. The room we use holds 20-24 people.
What to Bring
The room is large and open and the floor is carpeted. You can bring yoga mats, a single-size inflatable air mattress, pillows, blankets, a portable antigravity chair or anything you’d like to be comfortable. Relaxed clothing for both men and women are recommended (think: yoga class clothing). Bring a warm blanket. Your blood pressure will safely lower as you relax (similar to feeling chilly in bed at night). The blanket makes all the difference so you relax vs. focusing on feeling cold.
Yes, you’ll be able to drive home
We use a state of hypnosis that is deep and effective, but at the same time after emerging you’ll be safe to drive home (many ask this question).
Cost & How to Register
Each group session is $39 – we accept cash and credit both in advance or when you arrive. We accept reservations, then the remaining openings become first come, first serve. To register to reserve your spot, please call (630) 686-2626 and press 1 for Scheduling when our automated system picks up.
